Event format
A two-day internal Sales Kick Off. The event included speakers, plenary sessions and breakout tracks. The day closed with a networking evening with dinner and entertainment. The second day featured a series of breakout sessions then delegates departed for their return journeys home.
ZiaBia role
ZiaBia worked closely alongside production agency Some Bright Spark and managed all logistics including communications with the venue, entertainment, delegate management, transfers and accommodation. Our role also included risk and budget management.
