Event format
A black-tie charity dinner in one of London’s finest livery halls. The evening started with a drink’s reception in the stunning Garden and Courtyard before moving into their breath-taking Livery Hall for a 3-course dinner. Throughout the evening there were speeches from the IICF UK Chair, a charity partner and a representative from the Platinum sponsor.
ZiaBia role
ZiaBia were the lead agency and managed all communications with the venue and AV suppliers as well as with the graphic designer to create the event programme. ZiaBia supported IICF UK with guest registration, communications and bringing together final guests’ requirements. We managed the fundraising donations from the sponsors and IICF board members and liaised with the fundraising agency to meet their requirements. We were the onsite delivery team and were the main point of contact for the event as a whole including photography.
Future collaboration
We are working with IICF UK on their 2024 Charity Gala Dinner, which is for the third year running.
