We began working with BMC Software in 2013 and have since grown our account with the company and are currently working globally with ten different teams within EMEA and Corporate Marketing. We have organised the BMC Connect events (previously called Exchange) for the last ten years, with 2023 being the year for growing these even more for us with project managing two events.

11 purpose-built exhibition stands.

Event format

With the London event becoming the flagship event of a series of seven, ZiaBia were tasked with making it even better than those that had come before it. Alongside all of the same elements that were in place in Stuttgart, the London event included Dame Laura and Sir Jason Kenny taking part in a fireside chat, more exhibition stands, a Beatbox Collective performance and a whole floor dedicated to executive meetings.

ZiaBia role

Alongside sourcing and managing these additions, ZiaBia were responsible for all of the logistical elements of the event. This included procuring all exhibition stands, branding, AV production, venue find, communications and onsite management.

Future collaboration

We are working with a range of different teams within BMC Software globally to deliver a variety of events in 2024 and 2025 across EMEA.

ZiaBia and BMC Software have a long-standing relationship and have been working together for over ten years delivering high quality events. I have personally worked with ZiaBia for almost 5 years and could not do my role without their support, I consider them an extension to my team. They support me with the management all UK BMC led events from smaller scale events with circa 50 attendees to 700+. The most notable has been their management of BMC’s flagship event BMC Connect (formerly BMC Exchange) in both the UK and Germany and they are now planning for an EMEA wide Connect in 2024. These events attract in excess of 700 delegates and are highly complex. From the detailed and precision planning, innovative ideas to the flawless execution ZiaBia deliver a superior service and world class events. So much so that other teams within the business across EMEA and North America are choosing ZiaBia as their number 1 event consultancy. On top of all of this they are an absolutely lovely team and I thoroughly enjoy working with them.
