Event format
A one-day pay-to-attend event for people working in the high integrity software space, such as aerospace, rail, academia, engineering The event included a keynote speaker, plenary sessions, two parallel breakout tracks. There was also an exhibition area which included catering. The day closed with a drinks reception
ZiaBia role
ZiaBia were the lead agency and managed all communications with the venue, production company, delegates, sponsors/exhibitors and speakers. We were also responsible for risk management, design and print of all collateral, and full financial management and reconciliation via the ZiaBia bank account. Development of a bespoke online registration and payment system. In 2023 we also provided support to leverage income by adding paid-for lightning talks to the programme as well as exhibitor company adverts to be shown during the breaks and session change times
Future collaboration
We are already working with AdaCore and Capgemini on their 2024 conference, which is increasing in size by 25%. This involves moving the event out of Bristol, and increasing delegate numbers by 25% and exhibitors by 20%
