Event format
Moose tasked us with organising an event to celebrate the opening of a new fully sustainable office building in central Bristol. The focus of this was to champion the wonderful range of local suppliers that we have on offer in the city in an incredible new workspace. The client invited prospective commercial agents to tour the building and then be treated to a very special lunch put on by renowned chef Freddy Bird and the Little French team.
ZiaBia role
As the venue was already in place, ZiaBia were brought in to manage all of the remaining logistics. Our team sourced the catering, bar, flowers, furniture, performers and activities. Managing all communications for Moose, we streamlined the pre-event planning. Our role also included onsite event management to ensure a smooth delivery.
