In early 2024 we were approached by the Bristol City Community Partnership Programme, managed by Eleven Sports Media to join a community of local small to medium enterprises. This programme supports local business growth within Bristol and the South West by offering brand promotion, providing networking opportunities and encouraging an active community amongst partners.
Why the Community Partnership?
ZiaBia were honoured to be selected for such an exclusive opportunity to join a programme that aligns so perfectly with our own brand. The reach and exposure that it offers us is incredibly important to keep business within the city and supports our growth strategy. It has been a joy to meet so many like-minded businesses with an overwhelming feeling of support.
2023 / 2024 Season:
After officially coming on board as a Community Partner in March 2024, ZiaBia attended a welcome reception at Ashton Gate Stadium alongside our fellow Community Partners. Not only did we get a chance to watch City win against Blackburn Rovers, but also had the honour of posing for a photo with members of the City Former Players Association!
It was a pleasure to start our journey with a bang and we quickly became well acquainted with the other businesses. In June 2024 we assembled two honorary ZiaBia members in the form of Vicky’s partner Chris and long-standing friend of the company Ali Woodhead to join us for an evening of networking, fundraising and darts hosted by CL Electrical Controls. We walked away with fourth place with a well deserved win going to Element Recruitment UK.
2024 / 2025 Season:
The new season is well and truly underway with the Robins winning their first home game against Millwall last weekend!
We added to our Community Partnership through our relationship with Eleven Sports Media. Our logo will now also feature on the StadiumTV screens at QPR for their home games during this season.
We recently hosted the Property Connect networking event in Bristol with fellow Community Partner Ecofix. These events aim to bring together professionals within the property sector to connect and share industry insights. We thoroughly enjoyed our hosting role and it was a pleasure to assist with delivering an event within an exciting sector for ZiaBia. We will be co-hosting these events now at least until the end of 2024.
ZiaBia are looking forward an upcoming black tie networking event and are in the initial stages of planning an event of our own to bring together the Community Partners. We will continue supporting the team and our fellow SME businesses in the glorious city that we get to call home.
