Event format
A one-day customer marketing event for key customers and prospects. The event included a keynote speaker, plenary sessions, 3 breakout tracks and partner exhibition area for sponsors plus catering. The day closed with a drinks reception and entertainment. The second day featured a series of customer user group meetings with exhibitors and catering.
ZiaBia role
ZiaBia were the lead agency and managed all communications with the venue, production company, exhibitor stand company, entertainment, branding partner and sponsors/exhibitors. Our role also included risk and budget management.
Future collaboration
We are working with a range of different teams within BMC Software globally to deliver a variety of events in 2024 and 2025 across EMEA.
