Event format
This incentive event recognised top 30 salespeople across the company, with personalised agendas. The week consisted of range of activities including an interactive dinner at GOLD Restaurant with African drumming, wine tours, shark cage diving, helicopter flights and kayaking with penguins. The top eight employees were then taken to safari for a trip of a lifetime on the edge of Kruger National Park which included Sundowners in the bush.
Venue
Accommodation at the One & Only Hotel and a variety of excursions in and around Cape Town including off-site dinners and tours to Table Mountain and Robben Island. Then Sabi Sabi Bush Lodge, Kruger National Park including four game drives.
ZiaBia role
ZiaBia were the lead agency and managed all logistics working alongside the local DMC to source day trips, entertainment, excursions, transfers and accommodation and manage the event app which allowed for personalized agendas and kept everyone up to date. Our role also included risk and budget management. ZiaBia were responsible for all collateral and gifting, onsite management and delegate management.
