Event format
A one-day pay-to-attend event for people working in the law sector – either from a law firm or a supporting organisation. The event included a keynote speaker, plenary sessions, three parallel breakout tracks. There was also an exhibition area which included catering. The day closed with a sponsored drinks reception
ZiaBia role
Initially ZiaBia were approached to undertake a feasibility request to demonstrate how the event could pay for itself and potentially make a profit. Once the decision was made to proceed with the event, ZiaBia was selected to manage the logistical elements. ZiaBia were the lead agency and managed all communications with the venue, production company, delegates, sponsors/exhibitors and speakers. We were also responsible for risk management, design and print of all collateral, and full financial management and reconciliation via the LFA bank account. Development of a bespoke online registration and payment system
Future collaboration
We are already working with Law Firm Ambition on their 2024 conference. The aim of this year’s event is to consolidate their place within the sector’s event calendar
